From beachfront condos to hillside homes, here is what we take care of.
Residential Windows
We clean windows inside and out, including glass, frames, tracks, sills and screens. Screens are taken out, washed and put back straight, and torn mesh can be replaced. We also clean skylights and clear cobwebs and dust from frames and eaves. Inside your home, we wear shoe covers and put furniture back where it was.
Commercial Cleaning
We clean offices, storefronts, restaurants and multi-tenant buildings, including shops along Avenida Del Mar and near the pier. We work around your opening hours, and for commercial jobs we send your certificate of insurance with the quote, before the first visit.
Residential Windows
Panels are washed with purified, deionized water and soft-bristle poles. No soap, no chemicals, no pressure washers, and we never walk on your panels. Every visit includes a visual check, before and after photos from the same angle, and a look at your monitoring readings if you have them.
Coastal expertise
Why windows in San Clemente need a different clean
Glass here does not stay clean the way it does inland. Salt spray settles on windows near the water, the marine layer in May and June keeps that salt damp on the glass, and Santa Ana winds bring dust down through the canyons.
On top of that, San Clemente’s tap water runs very hard, so water from sprinklers dries into white mineral spots on lower windows. Left alone, salt and mineral buildup can stain glass over time.
That is why we rinse with purified, deionized water. Tap water leaves minerals behind when it dries; purified water does not, so the rinse does not undo the clean. For high or hard-to-reach glass, such as second- and third-storey windows or windows over a steep hillside lot, we use water-fed poles and clean from the ground where we can, rather than leaning a ladder against your home.

Larger homes are quoted after a quick look at the property. Commercial pricing comes from a free walkthrough. Solar is fixed before we start, based on panel count, roof height, access and buildup.

We are fully insured and happy to show proof before we start work on your home. If you spot a streak after we leave, call us within 48 hours and we will come back and fix it free. You check the work with us on a final walkthrough, and you pay after you approve it.
